"Bad first impression with the return process"
My first impression wasn’t great, and the return process hasn’t helped. I sent my return back and I’m still waiting for the refund to come through. It’s been more of a hassle than I expected.

"Checkout went smoothly"
Checkout was fine, honestly. Easy to follow. Payment went through without any issues. It did pause for a second while loading, and I was kind of waiting like, okay... but then it finished. No big deal really.

My order did arrive on time, which was nice, but the packaging really wasn’t great. The box showed up half crushed, and one of the items had marks on it. I mean, is it too much to expect things to arrive in decent condition? i was expecting better from leila.com...

I saw a bunch of other people saying good things about it, so I figured I’d give it a try. My order showed up quickly, it looks really nice in person, and I haven’t had any issues at all. i’m really happy with it

"Clunky and kind of exhausting"
I tried using leila.com it got frustrating fast. Slow pages. Buttons that sometimes worked, sometimes didn’t. And for some reason I kept ending up back on the same page like I’d done something wrong, even when I hadn’t.
The whole layout felt a bit all over the place too. I was just looking for basic info, but it took way too much clicking around. Maybe other people have a smoother time with it. For me, not really. Just annoying

"Honestly, I had a good experience"
I’m not really sure why some people complain, because my experience with Leila was totally fine. The site was simple enough to figure out, everything went smoothly, and I didn’t run into any major problems. I got what I needed without any hassle, so yeah, I’d definitely use it again.

"Decent, but not a huge bargain"
I ordered from leila.com and it was just okay overall. The prices seemed good at first, but once delivery was added and a couple of the items felt a little cheaper than I expected, it didn’t feel like the best deal. It wasn’t bad, just not amazing value either. I’d probably order again if there was a sale.

"Showed up way quicker than I thought"
I don’t know what else people expect, my order got here super fast and there weren’t any problems at all. Shipping was way quicker than I expected, so I’m happy with it

Overall, I’m happy with the quality. It feels well-made for the most part, but I did notice the stitching could’ve been a bit neater. It’s not a huge deal, just something that stood out to me.

"Delivery showed up right on schedule"
I’ve ordered from leila.com twice now, and both times the deliveries arrived exactly when they said they would, which, feels weirdly rare these days. The tracking was simple enough to follow, and nothing got held up or delayed. Not much else to say, really. That’s all I needed, and I’m happy with it.

"Their Discounts Are Misleading"
I gave leila.com a shot because the promo code made it seem like I was getting a solid deal, but it felt like a bait-and-switch. By the time I got to checkout, the discount barely did anything. Then I found out a bunch of items were excluded, which they definitely didn’t make clear upfront. Add shipping on top of that, and the whole “deal” was basically meaningless. The site itself isn’t the worst, but I don’t appreciate feeling tricked just to get me to shop there.

"Refund was okay, but a little slow"
I asked for a refund and, I mean, it did eventually go through. It just took a bit longer than I thought it would. Support did get back to me, but not exactly quickly. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but yeah, I do think it could be a little smoother next time.

I ordered from leila.com and the payment went through okay, maybe took a minute or so, and I haven’t seen any weird charges since. The only thing is I wish they showed a little more about security or verification before you pay. It felt basic, so I probably spent an extra 30 seconds double-checking the page myself. Overall not bad, just could’ve been a bit more reassuring.

I’ve tried ordering a couple of times now, and both times the items I wanted were already gone. It’s frustrating, honestly. I don’t mind checking back, but I’d expect the stock updates or restocks to happen a bit faster so it doesn’t feel like a waste of time
